At INARA, customer satisfaction is a priority. However, due to the nature of our products and the care that goes into them, we have a strict no refund and no cancellation policy. Please review our exchange guidelines below.

1. Exchanges

You may request an exchange only under the following circumstances:

  • You received an incorrect product (i.e., the item does not match what was shown on the website).

  • There is a genuine quality or manufacturing defect.

  • The product is unused, unworn, and returned with original tags attached.

2. Exchange Procedure

If your request meets the above criteria:

  • Send the product along with the original invoice to:

  • Please mention your desired exchange item and size on the invoice. The new product must be of equal or higher value.

  • Alternatively, a credit note can be issued if you prefer to delay your exchange.

3. Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Products that have been altered in any way.

  • Requests made after 7 days of delivery.

  • Products that are used or worn.

  • International orders.
